We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the physical condition of our facilities. This role requires a versatile individual capable of handling a variety of tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our property. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, fixtures, and appliances Conduct inspections to identify issues with plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and structural elements Install or replace hardware such as locks, door handles, light fixtures, and shelving Assist & complete with painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and other general construction tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Maintain a clean and organized work area after completing tasks Coordinate with vendors or contractors for specialized repairs when necessary Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs performed

Experience

Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar maintenance role preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repair techniques Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with safety protocols, basic knowledge of building codes, and experience working with hand tools and power equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.90-$42.90 per hour
