About us

We are a general contracting company specialized in construction, renovation, repairs, restoration, remodelling, and similar areas of work.

```Duties:```
- Perform general maintenance, renovation services and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or repairs needed
- Repair or replace broken fixtures.
- Install and assemble fixtures and other items, such as bathtubs, kitchen cabinets and doors.
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Handle plumbing tasks

-Install all types of flooring
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

```Requirements:```
- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance, installation and repair techniques
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Minimum language requirements: Basic English knowledge for daily communication is required.

-Having a capable and spacious vehicle for the job is required.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
