We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of maintenance and repair skills, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. This role requires an individual who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling various tasks efficiently. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing repairs, maintenance, and improvements in residential or commercial settings.

Responsibilities

Conduct general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete assigned projects. Perform troubleshooting to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status. Use an ohmmeter for electrical testing and troubleshooting as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all work activities.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for repairs and maintenance. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general construction practices. Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job assignments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.13-$38.88 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 60 per week
