Handyman / Maintenance Job
Job Description
Kozak is looking for a handyman. Types of work include emergency fixing, preventative maintenance and pre-planned leasehold improvements and all four of our locations. Ideal candidate would be a well-rounded professional with deep understanding of most aspects of construction and equipment maintenance, including, but not limited to equipment maintenance (refrigeration, mixers, etc), paintwork, drywalling, understanding of plumbing and electrical work.
Requirements:
ability to troubleshoot and get things done both efficiently and properly
flexible availability
drivers license
Nice-to-have:
personal vehicle
conversational English
Compensation:
$25-50 per hour, depending on the experience, efficiency, and urgency of the tasks
