Job Description

DCAM HOMES is a privately held developer/builder, that has an immediate opening for a full-time Handyman-Working Lead Hand. Only candidates with a minimum 5 years relevant experience in the residential construction industry will be considered.

Must have demonstrable construction experience with knowledge of Ontario Building Code and site safety. Must have own tools, be able to frame, do drywall touch up's, paint touch up's, be detailed, organized and able to prepare homes for move-in's. Must be able to work independently and with other trades and employees as directed by management. Must have a valid driver's license, hard hat and steel toe footwear.
