We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving various facilities and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment. This role offers an opportunity to utilize diverse skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance tasks. The Handy Man will play a vital role in supporting the overall operations by addressing maintenance needs promptly and efficiently.

Perform

Conduct repairs related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and painting Install or replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as required Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across all work areas Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management Assist with remodeling projects or upgrades as needed Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and best practices

Requirements

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar maintenance role Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repairs Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between sites or procurement of supplies Reliable transportation and own basic tools are a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.75-$25.00 per hour
