We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repair and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with other team members or contractors as needed for larger projects. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and project updates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to maintenance tasks. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general home repair techniques. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
