We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repairs and maintenance, demonstrating the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential for ensuring that our properties remain in excellent condition and that our clients receive top-notch service.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs and expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Handy Person or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools used in maintenance work. Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and provide practical solutions. Excellent physical condition and strength, with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Good communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with clients and team members. A valid driver's license is preferred.
