Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties. Assemble furniture and install appliances as needed. Handle carpentry tasks including door repairs, window installations, and drywall patching. Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after completing tasks. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions. Maintain an inventory of tools and materials required for various jobs.

Skills

Proficiency in basic carpentry, and general maintenance tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
