We are a downtown-Vancouver based brokerage seeking a non-resident Handyman / Maintenance Staff for our West End Apartment Buildings and downtown condos. This position requires the following qualifications and involves the following types of tasks: - Ability to perform all types of maintenance; handyman jobs; repairs including: basic electrical and plumbing, basic drywall and painting, appliance repairs and landscaping - Furniture assembly - Attending to emergencies - Honest, reliable and trustworthy - Bondable / no criminal record - Capable of working flexible hours Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $30.00 per hour Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
