Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks Install or replace fixtures, appliances, and hardware as required Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and storage spaces Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management Assist with project planning and execution for larger repair or renovation projects Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building codes at all times Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used

Experience

Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or maintenance person services preferred Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting techniques Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints is a plus Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation between sites or procurement of materials
