Job Summary


The Halper is responsible for assisting in various operational tasks within the organization, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting team members as needed. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a collaborative attitude to contribute effectively to the team's success.

Responsibilities



Support team members by providing assistance with daily tasks and projects Maintain organized workspaces and ensure supplies are stocked and accessible Assist in preparing materials, documents, or equipment required for operations Help coordinate schedules and facilitate communication between departments Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record keeping Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety protocols Support special projects or events as directed by supervisors

Requirements



Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills Basic proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel) Prior experience in administrative or support roles is a plus but not required Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently
