What you'll do

Deliver outstanding hairstyling and barbering services tailored to each client's needs Utilize advanced techniques in hair extensions, hair threading, and makeup application Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations Engage with clients to provide personalized consultations on styles, colors, and products Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling using salon software like MINDBODY Mentor junior stylists and barbers to enhance their skills and knowledge Drive retail sales by effectively upselling products that complement client services Ensure a positive customer experience through excellent communication skills

Basic qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations Proficient in color theory and various hairstyling techniques

Preferred qualifications

Experience with eyelash extensions and nail care services Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales analysis Previous experience in store management or supervisory roles
