Job Summary:

As a , you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing hair styling services, and ensuring a clean and sanitized salon environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and styling hair according to client preferences
- Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment by following proper sanitation protocols
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and handling cash transactions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles is preferred
- Proven ability in hair styling techniques and knowledge of current trends
- Familiarity with sanitation practices in a salon setting
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
