Artistly Salon & Spa is a modern, fast-growing luxury salon in Winnipeg known for quality work, advanced techniques, and an elevated guest experience. We're expanding our team and looking for a talented, motivated hairstylist who can deliver exceptional results and grow with our brand.

Position Overview

We are hiring a Licensed or Experienced Hairstylist -- no apprentices at this time.

The ideal candidate has solid technical skills, a professional attitude, and either:

An existing partial clientele, OR The ability to build a strong client base quickly through quality work, retention skills, and social media presence. If you're hardworking, reliable, and want to grow in a supportive, stylish environment, this could be your perfect fit.
What You'll Do

Provide high-quality hair services (cuts, colours, highlights, balayage, styling, treatments, etc.) Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client retention Uphold salon cleanliness and professional standards Promote retail products and treatments Create content or participate in salon social media (optional but preferred) Work as part of a positive, collaborative team
Requirements

Licensed Hairstylist or Minimum 1-2 years experience in a salon (or equivalent skill level) No apprentices Strong colour and cutting skills Reliable, punctual, and friendly Professional appearance and communication Ability to build and maintain a loyal client base Social media-friendly skills (bonus)
