Duties

Provide a range of hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client preferences. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations for hair care and styling. Upsell products and services effectively, enhancing client satisfaction while contributing to salon revenue. Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments as needed. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations to clients. Foster strong communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in various hair services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Knowledge of sanitation practices in accordance with industry standards. Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction. Experience in retail sales is a plus, as it enhances the ability to recommend products effectively. A valid cosmetology license is required for this position.
