As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Duties

• Provide a range of hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Sanitate tools and workstations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that complement the services provided, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Upsell additional services or products when appropriate to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring each client feels valued and cared for throughout their visit.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
• Strong skills in hair styling techniques, with an understanding of current trends in the industry.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Experience in retail sales or upselling is advantageous, contributing to an enhanced client experience.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety within the salon environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: $16.55-$150.00 per hour
