Duties

Provide a variety of hair services, including cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to clients' needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations. Engage with clients to understand their desired looks and provide professional recommendations based on their hair type and lifestyle. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to offer clients the best options available. Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care tools and salon environments. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently while maintaining client satisfaction. Familiarity with front desk operations in a salon setting is a plus.
