Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide expert hair services, including
cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments
for both men and women. Consult with clients to understand their unique hair goals and recommend suitable styles and treatments. Maintain and sanitize salon tools, equipment, and workstations to ensure a clean and safe environment. Assist withfront desk tasks
, including scheduling appointments and handling transactions. Deliverexceptional customer service
to build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction. Promote and recommend salonproducts and services
to enhance the client's hair care routine. Stay updated oncurrent hair trends and techniques
to provide top-tier services.Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience
as a Hair Stylist (licensed preferred). Skilled in a variety ofhaircutting, coloring, and styling techniques
for all hair types. Strongcommunication and interpersonal
skills to engage with clients effectively. Ability to multitask and thrive in afast-paced salon environment
. Knowledge ofsanitation and hygiene regulations
in a salon setting. Passion for customer service and a talent forupselling hair care products and treatments
