We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional head spa services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You will engage with guests to enhance their overall experience and offer exceptional relaxation services.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of head spa services. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of room and tools in accordance with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with guests to understand their preferences and provide professional recommendations. Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals. Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments. Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the salon environment is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. A valid cosmetology license (CANB) is required.

Pay: $16.50-$22.00 per hour
