We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair care services to our clients while creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair styling services that meet the individual needs of each client, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair styling services including cuts, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. Engage with clients to understand their needs, offering professional advice on styles and products. Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and boost retail sales. Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.

Experience

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive client experience. Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to hair care services. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales is a plus, particularly in upselling hair care products. Ability to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $17.20-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
