We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hair services to our clients while ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. You will be responsible for creating stylish looks that enhance the natural beauty of our clients, while also promoting a welcoming atmosphere in our salon.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Engage with clients to understand their desired styles and provide professional recommendations. Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and promote retail sales within the salon. Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling payments. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to continually improve skills and service offerings. Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and customer service.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive client experiences. Knowledge of hair styling techniques, products, and tools. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Ability to maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Experience in retail sales or upselling is a plus. A valid cosmetology license is required.
