Now Hiring: Junior, Intermediate & Senior Hairstylists

The Brock Beauty Co. is a modern, inclusive beauty collective where individuality meets community. We're excited to welcome passionate hairstylists into our calm, forward-thinking space located in the heart of downtown Cannington.

We are now hiring for the following in-salon stylist roles:

Available Positions:

Junior Stylist (Employee)

Hourly Pay: $18.25/hour (guaranteed) Commission: To be discussed 0-2 years experience Ideal for recent grads or those looking to grow behind the chair No clientele required
Intermediate Stylist (Employee or Hybrid)

Commission: To be discussed Some clientele required 2-5 years experience preferred
Senior Stylist (Employee or Hybrid)

Commission: To be discussed Must bring existing clientele 5+ years experience
Chair rental options may also be discussed for experienced stylists with an established clientele.

Requirements:

Licensed Hairstylist (Ontario) Intermediate/Senior: Must have some existing clientele Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working in a collaborative and relaxed team setting Passion for beauty, wellness, and community outreach

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$28.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 37.5 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

Brock, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:

Hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
