Position Overview:

We're hiring a skilled Hair Stylist who specializes in women's hair services. You'll work closely with clients to deliver expert cuts, colours, styles, and treatments. Bonus points if you offer hair spa services, esthetics, or head massage -- we value multi-talented professionals who elevate the client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional hair services: cutting, colouring, styling, blowouts, curling, and smoothing treatments Stay current with hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge Perform advanced treatments including nanoplastia, hair botox, keratin, and other smoothing systems Educate clients on healthy hair maintenance and recommend appropriate products Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming workspace Assist with online bookings and client communications Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships Optional: Offer hair spa, esthetics, or head massage services to enhance the salon experience

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Canadian salon Strong skills in women's hair styling, cutting, and colouring Knowledge of colour theory and modern techniques like balayage and ombre Experience with hair treatments and product recommendations Ontario Hairstylist License preferred Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Bonus: Esthetics certification or experience in skincare, makeup, or nail care

Schedule:

This position will begin as

part-time

(16-24 hours/week) with flexible 4-8 hour shifts, available Monday through Sunday. As our client base continues to grow, there is a strong opportunity to transition into

full-time hours

. We're looking for someone who's excited to grow with us and build a long-term career.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive

hourly wage plus commission

on services and retail sales, so you earn while you grow. This hybrid model ensures stability while rewarding performance. As our salon expands, there's a clear path to
