Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to individual client needs. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the salon, ensuring all tools and workstations are properly sanitized after each use. Engage with clients to understand their hair care goals and provide expert recommendations on styles and products. Upsell salon services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales. Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently. Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best possible experience. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Proficient in various hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments. Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff. Ability to upsell services and retail products effectively while maintaining client trust. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Experience in retail sales is a plus, enhancing the overall client experience. Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments and client interactions smoothly.
