Are you passionate about hair and eager to share your knowledge? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hairstylist to join our team as an instructor. This is a full-time position teaching in our well-equipped Academy
What you'll do:
Teach:
Deliver engaging lessons on all aspects of hairstyling, from cutting and coloring to styling and current trends.Inspire:
Motivate and mentor students, fostering a positive learning environment.Evaluate:
Assess student progress through practical and theoretical evaluations.Lead:
Provide guidance and support to help students build a strong foundation for their careers.Manage:
Maintain a safe and organized classroom.Career-Focused:
Prepare students for successful careers in the hairstyling industry including hands-on training, classroom management, and student evaluation.Qualifications:
Licensed Hairstylist:
member Skill trade OntarioYears of Experience:
Minium 4 salon experienceExcellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate technical information and build rapport with students.Technical Proficiency:
Strong knowledge of cutting, coloring, styling, and current hair trends.Experience in a Salon Environment
