FIORIO Square One is very busy! seeking Full Time Hairstylists. Welcoming all applicants. Looking for all range of hairstylists to join the FIORIO team. Be part of a corporation with nine locations, and build your clientele while advancing your skills. Willing to pay top dollar!

Position Objective

The stylist will anticipate the client's needs and wants by consulting and ensuring that they listen and understand what the client is relaying to them based on their preferred look. This is a specialization position for "

haircutting and styling

" only.

Primary Functions

Recommend and offer the best alternatives that are suited for the individual client.
Cutting and styling hair discussed during the consultation, creating a style and look made just for the client.

Keep workstation clean and organized at all times Clean up after each client Assist and provide support in the continued growth and success of others Seize opportunities in continued growth as a total image consultant Keep current with fashion trends Attend and participate in trade shows, fashion shows, media events when necessary Work as a team with the colour technicians when consulting with a client
Key Relationships

Report directly to salon manager. Will also interact and work closely with salon coordinator, assistants, other stylists, colour technicians, etc.
Key Performance Measures

Enthusiastic, self motivated, creative individual with solid educational background and experience in hairstyling Proven exceptional customer service and communication skills Would go above and beyond for the client and for the salon Open minded and embraces change with enthusiasm Ability to generate and retain clientele Ability to cross sell other services and products that the salon offers -Free In-House Training and Free Classes through Revlon Profess

Pay: $35,000.00-$156,000.00 per year
