As a Hair Braider, you will be responsible for creating beautiful braids and hairstyles while ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell products will be essential in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair braiding services to clients, ensuring high-quality results that meet their expectations. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by adhering to sanitation standards and best practices. Engage with clients to understand their hair styling needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations. Upsell hair care products and services to enhance the client experience and promote retail sales. Manage front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries. Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and attentive service. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair braiding techniques and styles to offer innovative services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling, specifically in braiding techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care services. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with clients. Experience in retail sales is preferred, with an emphasis on upselling products. Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
