Job Description
We are hiring!
Coaching Duties:
Develop and carry out team warm-up and physical preparation plans. Carry out non-competitive coaching. Supervision during Drop-In times (currently suspended)*.
Coach classes as assigned (pre-school, recreational). Coach in the School program.
Non-Coaching Duties:
Communicate with parents on an as needed basis in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with other coaches to plan special events. Attend any scheduled coaches' meetings, and technical/planning meetings as required. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
NCCP Foundations Trained (Minimum). Respect In Sport & Making Ethical Decisions Certification. Current Criminal Record Check with vulnerable sector check. Be energetic and actively foster a dynamic and positive atmosphere. Be approachable and solution oriented with superior verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within gymnastics. Preference given to those with 2-3 years coaching experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$27.00 per hour
