This role requires a blend of deep listening, empathy and negotiation skills, and a passion for sales. Responsibilities

Engage with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate membership features and benefits effectively to potential clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while seeking new business opportunities. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in retail sales environments. Strong background in business development and direct to consumer sales. Familiarity with gym and fitness membership sales is highly desirable. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. Proficiency in CRM software is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and overcoming objections. Experience in marketing or related fields is a plus.
