About Kettlebell Club
Kettlebell Club is a boutique strength training gym dedicated to helping adults over 40 get stronger, leaner, and move better using kettlebells, bodyweight, and structured training programs. We are looking for a Club Manager to lead our Laval location.
This role combines sales, coaching, operations, community building, and leadership. You'll be responsible for growing the membership base, delivering high-quality service, maintaining the gym environment, and building strong local partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Consultations:
Run intake consultations, close new memberships, and manage client renewals
Coaching:
Deliver small-group and/or private sessions aligned with the Kettlebell Club method
Community Engagement:
Build strong relationships with members, foster a supportive and motivating environment
Operations:
Maintain gym cleanliness, organize class flow and schedules, manage daily systems and communication
Team Oversight:
Support and evaluate coaches, ensuring consistency in quality and service
Prospecting & Outreach:
Develop relationships with local schools, sports teams, and corporate organizations to offer custom fitness and wellness solutions
Ideal Candidate
Background in fitness coaching and/or gym sales
Confident communicator and relationship-builder
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong leadership skills with a service-first mindset
Bilingual (English and French) preferred
Passionate about fitness, health, and personal growth
