Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Gym Equipment Installer & Delivery Technician to join our team. This role involves delivering, installing, and maintaining gym equipment at various client locations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in warehouse operations, and the ability to operate commercial vehicles. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with delivery driver experience and a passion for fitness equipment setup and logistics.

Responsibilities

Safely load, unload, and transport gym equipment using your

own pickup truck (preferred)

Deliver equipment to client sites following designated routes and schedules Install, assemble, and calibrate gym equipment according to manufacturer specifications Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction during delivery and setup Operate forklifts, pallet jacks as needed for loading and unloading Assist with warehouse organization, inventory management, and stock replenishment Perform heavy lifting and moving of gym equipment, often requiring physical strength and proper technique Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with team members regarding schedules and issues

Requirements

Pickup truck preferred

Must have own tools

(hand tools, drill/driver, sockets, wrenches, etc.) Ability to lift

120 alone or 120-200 lbs

with proper technique or assistance Strong

problem-solving and issue-resolution skills

-- able to identify and fix installation issues independently Experience with assembly, mechanical work, construction, or moving industry preferred Valid driver's license; clean driving record Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently Customer-service oriented

Assets (Not Required)

Experience installing gym equipment Knowledge of cable systems, racks, and commercial fitness machines Trailer or box truck experience
This position requires physical stamina, attention to safety protocols, and excellent organizational skills. Candidates should be prepared to handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining a focus on quality service delivery.

Compensation

$18-$24/hour

depending on experience

Plus Commission
