Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas. Utilize tools and equipment as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks. Conduct custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies. Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Engage in heavy lifting as required for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing cleaning duties. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries professionally. Maintain an organized work area and adhere to established cleaning schedules.

Qualifications

Previous experience in gym/fitness facility, or commercial cleaning is required

. Familiarity with hand tools and cleaning tools is advantageous. Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods of time. A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently.
