Gutter Installer:

We are looking to add a skilled and reliable Gutter Installer to our crew. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting team members, operating machinery, and tools, and following all site health and safety regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential. For over 47 years our family has taken pride working with Islanders for all their exterior construction needs. Job Type:

This is a part-time position, with the possibility of becoming a permanent full-time position.

Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial gutter installations. Lead and manage the installation department and on-site team. Ensure all work is completed according to company procedures and safety guidelines. Measure, cut, and fit gutters and downspouts accurately. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing gutter systems. Communicate clearly with clients and team members. Maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness. Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in gutter installation. Strong understanding of safety protocols and industry standards. Comfortable working at heights and with ladders. Familiarity with power tools and machinery. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional, and detail-oriented.
