Gutter Foreman - New Division Launch

We're starting a new gutter division and need a proven foreman to take the lead. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a well established and growing roofing company that puts its people first.

Responsibilities

Install and lead seamless gutter projects Measure, order, and ensure quality installs Problem solve on site and keep jobs moving Assist with estimates and material takeoffs Train and guide crew as the division grows

Requirements

Strong gutter installation experience Ability to measure accurately and troubleshoot Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Leadership skills and a focus on quality Estimating knowledge is an asset (we'll train the right person) Must complete a skills/aptitude assessment

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
