Company Overview PR Services Ltd. publishes community guides for the Yukon, Alaska and the NWT. Focussed on providing practical and useful information to visitors and people living in the north. Our team is looking to add an Advertising Sales Representative who will uphold our commitment to client satisfaction and contribute to our ongoing success. The Guide Distributor will play a pivotal role in ensuring our community guides are distributed efficiently and timely across designated areas, including the Yukon and Northern British Columbia. This role involves crucial logistical planning and execution to meet our distribution goals while also managing the annual mailout duties to various locations. Key Responsibilities

• Distribution Management
  • Oversee and execute the distribution of community guides throughout the Yukon and Northern British Columbia.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to optimize distribution routes and strategies.

• Mailouts
  • Coordinate and manage the annual mailing of community guides to specific locations in Alberta and Southern B.C.
  • Manage mailing lists.

• Logistics Coordination
  • Develop, plan, and implement efficient distribution and mailout strategies, optimizing routes and methods to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Vehicle Maintenance
  • Ensure that vehicles used for distribution are well-maintained, safe, and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
  • Manage vehicle service schedules and address any issues or breakdowns promptly to prevent distribution delays.

Qualifications Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree or certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is an advantage. Experience: At least 2 years of related experience. Skills:

• Organizational Skills: Proficient in planning and coordinating distribution and mailing efforts.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented: Ensure accurate handling and delivery of guides.
• Driving Competency: A valid driving license and a clean driving record.

Working Conditions Ability to travel and perform distribution across various regions. Willingness to work in various weather conditions to ensure distribution timelines are met.
