Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Airport Shuttle Driver to join our team at Clique Hotels & Resorts. The Shuttle Driver will report directly to the Guest Services Manager and will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services for hotel guests.

Responsibilities:

Operate a shuttle bus or van to transport guests to and from the airport and hotel in a safe and efficient manner. Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner and assist with luggage as necessary. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the shuttle vehicle. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations. Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and trip logs. Communicate with the Guest Services Manager to ensure timely and efficient transportation services. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests. Assist with other guest service duties as needed
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid class 4 driver's license and clean driving record Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a passenger shuttle or similar vehicle Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist guests with luggage as necessary Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Professional appearance and demeanor
