Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort in Cranbrook, BC currently has an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Guest Services Supervisor.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Guest Service Supervisor will provide shoulder-to-shoulder supervision of the guest services (front desk) team and ensure that all guests are treated in an outstanding manner.
As a candidate for this position, you must have previous front desk and supervisory experience, excellent communication and telephone skills, and a strong attention to detail. Must also have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, along with the ability to relate to the public in a friendly and professional manner.
Qualifications:
Must have supervisory and hotel front desk experience
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and a focus on building customer loyalty
A strong attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
The ability to relate to the public in a friendly and professional manner
Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
Efficient in all Microsoft Office applications and in Property Management Systems
Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($21 - $23 per hour)
