Key Responsibilities

:

Be the welcoming face of Royalty Crossing Mall Assist customers with directions, questions, and general support Promote mall services, programs, events and tenant business Support our lost & found, vending refunds, and customer service requests Help register shoppers for the Parenting Room (where applicable) Keep brochures stocked and the Guest Services area looking great Answer phone calls and emails professionally Coordinate requests for complimentary wheelchair and stroller usage Working closely with mall maintenance, security and marketing teams.

What You Bring

:

A joyful and outgoing personality Strong communication skills A love for helping others and solving problems Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends & holidays 1+ year of customer service experience preferred First Aid & CPR (a plus, but not required)

Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
