Guest Service Representative

What You'll Do:

Support our team of talented hairstylists and aestheticians Provide a welcoming, smooth client experience Handle appointment bookings and client questions Help maintain and manage inventory Keep the salon/spa running efficiently in a busy environment Support guest retention and simple sales initiatives Work collaboratively with the team to make every client feel valued

What We're Looking For:

Previous customer service experience (salon, spa, hospitality, or retail) A friendly, positive attitude with a team-player mindset Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Strong communication skills and basic computer skills Commitment to creating a comfortable, professional guest experience

Position Details:

Part Time Expected hours: 15-25 hours per week Day shifts, evenings, and weekends as needed Work location: In person
