JLL is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Guest Services Representative to ensure that every customer interaction is carried out in a professional, courteous and efficient manner. The Guest Services Representative will continually strive to surprise and engage the consumer and retailer by consistently delivering a superior customer experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre\xe2\x80\x99s services, amenities/facilities, stores/locations, promotional activities and comfort tools;
Proactively seek opportunities to create memorable customer interactions, assist customers and provide excellent service;
Interact with shoppers and retailers in a courteous manner;
Sell shopping centre gift cards and balance end-of-day sales to transactions;
Project a positive attitude over the telephone, and in-person interactions;
Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and educate them about the centre\xe2\x80\x99s services;
Assist guests by providing directions/information, answering mall related questions;
Maintain store knowledge about merchandise, price points, sales or special events and be able to offer gift or store suggestions based on the shopper\xe2\x80\x99s needs;
Conduct all service functions of the Guest Services kiosk;
Assist the Marketing Department with promotional endeavors in the areas of tourism, gift with purchase campaigns, and special events;
Be aware of the centre\xe2\x80\x99s Crisis Management Manual and have a clear understanding of Guest Services\xe2\x80\x99 role and areas of responsibility as outlined in the plan;
Participates in special projects and assumes other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
High School education;
Previous customer service experience preferred;
Positive attitude and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service;
Must be able to effectively communicate with shoppers, retailers, centre Management, service providers, and all shopping centre personnel;
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of professionalism;
Strong written and oral communication skills, multilingual skills a plus;
Conflict resolution management skills
Must be friendly, approachable, proactive and solution focused;
With above average computer skills;
Flexible and able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Estimated compensation for this position is: 19,383.00 \xe2\x80\x93 19,383.00 CAD per year
Salary ranges are based on market data, which is reviewed annually and includes consideration of geographic location. An employment offer is based on an applicant\xe2\x80\x99s experience, education, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
