Summary

We are seeking a Guest Services Manager for our hotel in Lethbridge. This key role involves overseeing guest relations and ensuring the delivery of outstanding hospitality services to our guests. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our visitors while supporting our company's mission of excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations. Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes with professionalism. Manage guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold service standards. Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Monitor hotel operations to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and safety regulations. Assist in managing reservations and special requests from guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle guest complaints with professionalism. Bilingual abilities are preferred. Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus. High level of organization and attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality. Minimum of 3-5 years of GSM experience required Attention will be given to Hospitality Education graduates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 44 per week

Work Location: In person
