Position Details:

Full-time

: 5 days per week (must be available weekends & holidays)

Immediate start

valid work permit & Own transportation

to and from the ski hill
Job Overview:

This is a

dual-role position

that includes training and work in both

Guest Services

(Front Desk) and

Housekeeping

. You'll be responsible for ensuring our privately-owned condos (ranging from studios to 3-bedroom+ lofts) are clean, welcoming, and ready for guests.

Guest Services Duties (2 days per week):

Checking guests in and out Answering phones and taking reservations Responding to guest questions and requests Providing local information about Fernie and the resort Using our reservations software (training provided)

Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, and comfortable using computers. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset but not required.

Housekeeping Duties (3 days per week)

Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors Dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms Making beds and changing linens Stocking toiletries and cleaning supplies Emptying garbage and reporting lost & found items Maintaining public washrooms and common areas Occasionally cleaning windows, walls, and furniture
This role requires someone who is

physically fit

, comfortable working under pressure, and able to perform

repetitive tasks

(bending, kneeling, lifting, etc.) with

attention to detail
