Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, as the first point of contact for guests. You will play a crucial role in representing our gym.
Duties
Welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude Respond to guest inquiries Provide information about the facility Uphold high standards of cleanliness Of the facility NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS AS THIS POSITION REQUIRES OPEN AVAILABILITY
Qualifications
Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Proficient in using phone systems and basic computer applications
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$16.50 per hour
Work Location: In person
