THE Role:

Ensures all guests have the best experience by lending a helping hand. The Guest service team provides enthusiastic customer service, resolves issues in a courteous manner, and contribute to the events high standards of hospitality.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Front door attendant ensuring valid entrance requirements are met by scanning tickets, verifying proper credentials for entry, helping guests with ticket issues.
  • Guest ambassador helping guests of the events find there way to their seats, designated entrances and exits, and answering any questions a guest might have to the best of your ability.
  • Arrive for your shift on time. If you know you will be unable to fulfill your duties, you must communicate with the On-Call Supervisor ahead of time
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively both as part of a team or individually
where you'll be working:
  • Work outdoors in all weather conditions when required, work indoors
  • Shifts are generally on the weekend when special events are happening but can also occur during weekdays
  • Overtime and weekend work may be required
  • Objectivity, emotional control and dependability
  • Able to follow complex instructions, both written and verbal
  • Knowledgeable about event operations and flow.
  • Has a positive attitude and is willing to help people out in all situations.
