What You Do
Our Guest Services Agents are the nerve center of our hotel operations responsible for creating a memorable guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while creating the first and last impression for our guests. As a Guest Services Agent this position is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, processing payments and completing guest transactions to ensure guest satisfaction is met and exceeded. Guest Services Agents are expected to know all resort amenities as well as local things to do and interact with guests at every opportunity. Guest Service agents must be able to work in a busy and sometimes hectic environment. What You Need

• Tech-savvy systems expertise

• An eagle eye for details
• Sleuth like problem solving skills
• Able to be on your feet all day
• Good in the heat
• Front desk experience preferred
