You prioritize guest experience and teamwork and take pride in providing the best vacation and recreation experience possible.Start Date: Nov. 1, 2024You will:\xc2\xb7 Ensure a comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both guests and staff.\xc2\xb7 Print day tickets and season passes for guests.\xc2\xb7 Process seasons pass requests, print, and distribute passes.\xc2\xb7 Handle cash including a daily float and debit and credit card transactions.\xc2\xb7 Respond to inquiries in person and on the phone.\xc2\xb7 Promote and sell all products and experiences available at the resort.\xc2\xb7 Address customer service-related questions and concerns, escalating to the Guest Services Supervisor where appropriate.\xc2\xb7 Ensure daily communication between various departments and within team as needed (Food & Beverage, Mountain Operations, Retail & Rental, etc) to provide accurate and up to date information to guests about resort services and products.\xc2\xb7 Some administrative tasks such as filing, organizing the lost and found room & general office cleaning as needed.\xc2\xb7 Work flexible shifts with varying hours, primarily working 30 to 40 hours per week depending on demands.You:\xc2\xb7 Have previous professional work experience in a customer service role.\xc2\xb7 Being a self-starter, must be able to work in a group setting or as an individual\xc2\xb7 Have previous cash-handling experience.\xc2\xb7 Are proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems - an asset.\xc2\xb7 Have previous experience in a mountain or resort setting.\xc2\xb7 Can work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.\xc2\xb7 Can stand for extended periods of time.\xc2\xb7 Love and feel passion for sports and the outdoors.We offer:\xc2\xb7 Staff Accommodation - Private Bedroom\xc2\xb7 RCR staff season\'s pass for the Western Resorts and amazing reciprocals\xc2\xb7 Discounts on food, retail, and hotels.\xc2\xb7 Pro-deals.\xc2\xb7 Staff events - meet great people who share a passion for the mountain lifestyle!Interested?
