Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer experiences to our valued guests
Manage guest reservations, payments, and departures through various channels (internet, email, phone, fax)
Oversee guest arrivals, check-ins, and check-outs
Be knowledgeable about Calgary and provide personal recommendations
Resolve issues that arise from time to time
What to Bring:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking skills
Strong computer literacy
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Customer service skills
Flexible availability (Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday is a must)
Must be able to work Holidays
