Location:

You would at both our Bow View Lodge location (primarily) as well as our Banff Park Lodge location.

Duties include (but are not limited to)

:

Create, cancel, and change room reservations both in person and over the phone, Provide excellent customer service through all channels, Communicate well with staff and guests, Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including information and services required for guests with special needs, Act self-sufficiently with minimal supervision, Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying), Decision making, critical thinking, job task planning and organizing, Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, Other duties as assigned.

Ideal Candidate:



Reliable and can commit to at least 6-12 months of employment Has 1 years previous hotel front desk or reservation experience Is a capable multi-tasker with a keen attention to detail Has a professional and friendly demeanor in person and over the telephone Has excellent English comprehension and communication skills; a second language is an asset as we welcome many international guests Has experience working with Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.75-$19.50 per hour
