Position Summary



An integral member of the Massage Addict team, Guest Service Administrators thrive on consistently providing an exceptional experience from the moment a client walks through our doors. Embracing our fast-paced clinic environment, GSAs are motivated, initiative-taking, outstanding communicators, highly organized and true multi-taskers. With a 'can-do' and 'no task too small' mindset, a GSA can manage both administrative and clinic responsibilities with care while also ensuring the safety of our clients and therapists.

Responsibilities



Provide outstanding client service, answering telephone calls, and booking appointments. Welcome clients by greeting and familiarising them to the clinic upon arrival. Educate clients on the extraordinary value of Massage Addict's membership program. Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services. Provide administrative support to the clinic including preparation of forms, and documentation for new and existing clients. Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms.

Availability Required



The ideal candidate must have the capacity to work any or all of these available shifts:

Regular Weekday Mornings Occasional Weekday Evenings / Weekends

Requirements & Qualifications



Two years of experience within a service-oriented environment, with a focus on administration Superior verbal communication and telephone skills Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly with great people skills Excellent organization and multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; spreadsheets, word processing and calendar management Access to reliable transportation.
